This is used for spot bonding of large stone & tiles on vertical surfaces & has high mechanical strength & outstanding resistance to water & chemicals. Fast Fix resin & hardener are to be mixed throughly in the recomended mixing ratio to ahieve optimum results.

- Fasto Fix has high bond strength on damp surfaces
- Out-standing resistance to water and chemicals
- It is fast curing (handling strength within 15-30 minutes)
- Allows plumb level adjustments while the stone is in place
- Setting of drilling, clamps and cutting of stone is not required
- It has faster productivity due to rapid curing

- It used for bonding of fabricated components
- Part A (resin) & Part B (hardener) throughly mix together with separate stirrer to get uniform mix mass
- Take Fasto Fix part A & B in proportion of 100:50 (by weight) and mix throughly until homogeneous paste with uniform colour achieved with putty knife or margin travel
- It is apply immediately evenly spread on the back of the tile & stone
- It is apply minimum five daps, one in each corner & one in center, dap thickness must be maintain 3mm
- The mixture must be used with in its pot-life
- Description - thixotropic fine paste
- Colour - resin (off-white) & hardener (brilliant white)
- Density(gm/cc) - resin & hardener-(1.55-1.65)
- Pot life - 10-15 minutes
- Water absorption(after 24hours) - 0.30-0.50
