DU Level-75

Dubond’s DU LEVEL-75 is a high-performance Polymer modified cementeious mortar with aggrigates and special additives designed for levelling substrates from 5mm to 75 mm thickness.

Substrate Quality / Pre-treatment

All surfaces to be coated should be free from dirt, dust and loose material. Any cracks in the concrete must be repaired and the surface pre-wetted before work com-mences. Any free surface water must be removed immediately before application of Dubond’s DU level-75

Mixing

Care should be taken to ensure that Dubond’s DU level-75 is thoroughly mixed. It can be handed in small amounts of up to 40 kg. without dificulty. Add the powder to the water and mix with a trowel until a smooth workable consistancy is achieved. The recommended water/powder ratio must be strictly adhered to.

Application

Apply by flat trowel or flat leveler in one coat.

Curing Treatment

Dubond’s DU level-75 cures with minimum shrinkage. If exposed to rapid drying conditions keep the surface wet to prevent premature drying. Standard curing practices are recommended.
